What events do your DJs play at?

Our DJs can be found at a wide variety of events. These range from club events to festivals, film & television, trade fair events, but also weddings & birthdays of all kinds. Make your request today and we will check the availability of your favorite DJ for your event. 

Why should I request a DJ through the Agency?

At the Agency, we thought long and hard about which DJs we would like to go down this common path with. We have deliberately limited the team to selected DJs who have our complete trust. Our DJs all have several years of professional experience and only top references. Convince yourself of our quality!

How does the booking work?

You book your dream DJ/photographer/artist directly through the agency. You can book our resident DJs directly via the online shop. From there we take care of everything else. IMPORTANT! A booking is only made after we have confirmed the appointment. Therefore, be sure to ask us about availability before you visit the online shop.

What prices should I expect from the DJs?

This is a question that cannot be answered in general. It always depends on what technology is required, what services are required of the DJ and of course how far the event location is from the DJ's place of residence. A price list can be found on the DJ info pages. As a rule, you should calculate with a price between 500€ - 1,500€.

What happens if the DJ I booked gets sick?

For now, let's hope it doesn't happen. Should it happen, we offer our customers a free DJ replacement service. If the booked DJ falls ill or is unable to play on the day of the event for other reasons, we will provide a replacement free of charge, who will then also receive all information about the event from us, so that the customer is as secure as possible.

Can you also request songs at the event?

In the preliminary talk, we go through all the music genres with the customer, and he can then choose which genre is played with how intensively. 
On the day of the event, the customer and his guests can then submit wishes to the DJ, but this should all be kept within reasonable limits.

How much lead time should I book a DJ?

The more the better! You shouldn't think about the DJ until 2 or 3 months before the event, especially in the summer months the DJs are usually fully booked six months to a year in advance. So if you still want to have the chance to have your dream DJ, it is best to inquire as early as possible. 

Do I have to offer meals to the DJ? 

Depending on what kind of event it is, your DJ will be busy with your event for more than 8 hours with arrival and departure, as well as set-up and dismantling. So that he can perform at his best during the whole time, food and drink should be served if possible, be available from the customer for the DJ.
